along with behavioral tools and bio tracking devices, for real time feedback. 

This approach will address sleep, strength, energy levels, mental clarity and mood.

 

My process considers all of the current medical guidelines as well as the latest scientific research

to embody a customized program in the spirit of your authenticity, athleticism and desired results.
